Typically you would have to fire up your favorite FTP client and transfer the files manually. The Upload Stuff action allows you to quickly attach a number of files to be uploaded with the site when Freeway next transfers the files. Simply choose to store the files either in the Resources folder or with the HTML page you are working on. Simple!
